We are looking for an experienced and motivated Independent cook to join our team. Responsibilities? * Prepare dishes independently according to our menu. * Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations. * Work closely with colleagues and support the team during busy periods. * Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies. * Supervise and guide kitchen assistants. * Prepare ingredients and mise en place. * Apply professional cooking techniques. * Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements. * Take responsibility for stock control and kitchen organization. We Offer? * A 2-year temporary employment contract. * 38-hour working week.
