Jumeirah Capri Palace in Anacapri is seeking a talented Sommelier through Hosco to lead wine service across F&B; outlets. You will develop and maintaining the wine cellar and menus, and advise guests on pairings.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in wine service and a hospitality degree. You will host dinners and tastings, train staff, and build strong supplier relationships while upholding the brand standards.
