YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are correct, in place to ensure compliance with legal and international standardsPlan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare and accompany certification auditsSupport and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentationContribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIsDeliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding and application across teamsSupport the development and execution of the IMS strategy, roadmap and governance frameworkIdentify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationAct as a central coordination point for IMS topics, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholdersYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Engineering, Natural Sciences,
Business Administration or a related fieldPrevious years of professional experience in quality management and/or integrated management systemsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally complemented by ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001Experience in audit management (internal and external); auditor qualificationStrong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and improve complex systemsHigh level of ownership, structure and solution orientationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and cross-functional teamsStructured and independent working style with strong prioritization skillsProcess-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processesExcellent knowledge of English and either German or Italian; proficiency in all three languages is a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the
