Supply Chain Representative Play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by aligning material availability and production plans with customer demand. Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate short-term planning activities, support material availability and help drive reliable product delivery. This position offers broad exposure across site operations and the opportunity to make a direct impact on production continuity, customer service and supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with ERP processes, safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems, following defined procedures and escalation rules.
Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints.
Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions.
Ensure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed.
Support import activities for raw materials and other inbound supplies.
Assist in supplier payment‐related activities (purchase requests, invoice verification, goods receipt) for logistics services.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of logistics‐related master data in ERP systems.
