This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer / Programmer Senior based in Italy.
Take ownership of ServiceNow solutions that support critical asset management and technology operations.
You’ll lead the implementation and ongoing management of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Software Bill of Materials capabilities.
The role combines hands-on development and platform expertise with requirements gathering, inventory management, and process improvement.
You’ll collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
Your work will help strengthen technology visibility, control, and operational efficiency across a mission-focused environment.
You’ll use ServiceNow and Azure technologies while working independently on complex technical challenges.

Accountabilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management capabilities.
Implement and manage Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) solutions to strengthen software visibility, tracking, and governance.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities in line with operational and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to gather, clarify, document, and deliver requirements effectively.
Drive technology inventory management and control, ensuring asset information remains accurate, accessible, and well governed.
Apply ServiceNow administration and development expertise to optimize platform functionality and support evolving requirements.
