This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management based in Italy.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing occupational health and safety operations across multiple countries.
You’ll oversee vendor partnerships, contracting processes, health assessments, safety training, and compliance activities.
The role combines operational ownership with process improvement, stakeholder management, and regulatory expertise.
You’ll work across jurisdictions, helping ensure employees receive consistent, high-quality occupational health and safety support.
Your expertise will also contribute to new policies, audits, and scalable processes across a global organization.
You’ll collaborate with People, Legal, vendors, and internal teams in a highly autonomous, asynchronous environment.

Accountabilities




Manage and execute occupational health and safety solutions across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance, employee safety, and a high-quality experience.
Act as an internal point of contact for routine and complex OHS questions while providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors, training partners, health centers, and other external providers.
Own vendor relationships and deliverables, monitor performance through structured assessments, and provide consistent feedback to improve service quality.
Coordinate health assessments, safety training, and other OHS-related activities for employees across multiple countries.
Lead and coordinate internal country-level OHS audits to help ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve existing OHS procedures and practices, while designing and implementing
