Each day, you will assist with customers’ technical requests and engage with colleagues to take care of any technical issues. You will also showcase your expertise by managing service contracts deliverables, on time delivery, customers’ requirements, and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI), while keeping track of performance metrics and communicating progress to internal and customer stakeholders.- Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact,



as you will be accountable for:Delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations.Anticipating customer needs and proactively supporting assigned accounts through strong account knowledge. Managing service contracts, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting customer requirements, and tracking financial and operational KPIs.Driving contract renewals and identifying opportunities to expand service agreements and sales system. Measuring, reporting, and presenting the value of delivered services to key customer stakeholders.Developing lifecycle plans and evolution strategies for customer assets in collaboration with technical experts.Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.Coordinating external resources, supporting contract growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with HSE and integrity standards.Developing and managing service engineering projects, such as automation system migrations or
