Tasks
Lead the site Food Safety Team and continuously improve Quality, HACCP, and Environmental Management Systems
Ensure compliance with food law, GMP, customer requirements, and relevant standards
Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits
Manage customer complaints, supplier quality issues, deviations, and CAPA processes
Lead and develop the Quality Control team and laboratory operations
Drive quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure effective document control, training, hygiene, sanitation, and pest control programs
Coordinate supplier qualification, evaluation, and audit activities
Prepare management reviews and support quality-related strategic decisions
Reporting Line to the Site Manager Italy. Functional alignment with Global Quality
Travel: Occasional travel to customers, suppliers, and company locations within the group
Skills
~ Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology, or related field
~5-10 years of experience in quality and food safety management within the food manufacturing industry, including le
