Job Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities. The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures. The Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence.

The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures. The Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects,



improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures.
- Lead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure site compliance with:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001
- Customer requirements
- Industry standards
- Internal management system procedures

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related discipline.
- Formal training in root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Understanding and application of lean Six Sigma tools, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) principles and applications.
