We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Florence Coordinator to become our on-the-ground representative in Florence. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day delivery of LivTours experiences in Florence. Acting as the primary local point of contact, you'll support guests, guides, suppliers, and the wider Operations team to ensure every tour runs seamlessly.
You'll split your time between coordinating tours in the city, supporting guides and guests, liaising with local partners,
and assisting with operational planning behind the scenes. No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working with people.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily delivery of LivTours experiences in Florence.
Welcome guests at tour meeting points and ensure tours begin smoothly and on time.
Support guides before, during, and after tours, providing operational assistance whenever required.
Act as LivTours' primary on-the-ground representative in Florence.
Respond quickly to operational issues, delays, emergencies, and last-minute changes.
Liaise with local suppliers, museums, attractions, transport providers, restaurants, and ticket offices to ensure seamless service delivery.
Review upcoming bookings and ensure all operational requirements are in place.
Prepare daily operational checks and pre-tour communications.
