You’ll work side by side with a Senior PM stepping into a team lead role: meaning real ownership from day one, and someone genuinely invested in making you better.

ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers.

We’re looking for someone who owns outcomes.
Core product and integrations are where complexity lives: edge cases,
carrier quirks, broken workflows.
Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.
You’ll grow fast with a Senior PM who’s building the team around you
You’ll touch everything: product, UX, APIs, integrations
You’ll see the impact of your work immediately
Work with the Senior PM to define, prioritize, and ship product improvements
Own features end-to-end: discovery → delivery → iteration
Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams
2 years in product, product ops, or similar
~ Comfort with ambiguity — you move without perfect info
~ Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus)
~ English proficiency
You have opinions, but you update them with data
You don’t wait — you take initiative
