As Sales Manager,



you will play a key role in accelerating business growth across a diverse, high-potential region.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong regional partnerships, and expanding our presence across multiple countries.
What You’ll Do
* Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with company objectives.
* Develop, manage, and grow a strong network of key accounts, distributors, and partners.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in HoReCa and Institutional segments.
* Lead complex B2B negotiations and successfully close strategic projects.
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive informed decisions.
What You Bring
* Proven B2B sales experience in professional kitchen equipment, foodservice, or a related technical sector.
* Strong knowledge of Eastern & Central European and CIS markets.
* Solid experience working with distributors and cross-border partners.
