We operate in the Value and Risk Advisory department at JLL, providing clients with professional valuation and advisory services characterized by upper-grade specialization. Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as Head of Industrial & Logistics means working autonomously and independently in daily workload management, leading the Industrial & Logistics team, taking responsibility for producing and delivering valuation reports,
providing unrivaled client service and quality, developing the business, and contributing to achieving budget targets. Competencies & Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate may have either an economic or technical educational background. RICS membership is required.
- The successful candidate should ideally come from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local expertise, and have 10 years' experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
- The role requires excellent financial analysis skills, report writing skills, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral, is essential.
- The ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive approach, precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, comfortable working under the pressure of tight deadlines.
