To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a dedicated, quality-driven, and passionate Chef de Partie (m/f/d) who creates unforgettable culinary experiences through craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.

Your Tasks

Independently managing your own kitchen section
Preparing and creating high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Contributing to special culinary experiences such as Room Service and the Tasting Cube
Supporting events, cooking classes, and personalised guest experiences
Ensuring impeccable mise en place and consistently high product quality
Creatively contributing to menu development and seasonal adaptations
Ensuring compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Supporting and guiding Commis de Cuisine

Your Profile

Completed professional training as a Chef and experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within luxury hospitality or fine dining
Passion for high-quality cuisine and precise craftsmanship
Independent, structured, and reliable working style




Strong commitment to quality and a high sense of responsibility
Team spirit, resilience, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment
Excellent English and/or Italian language skills; German is an advantage
