WeRoad is seeking a Head of Product Engineering to lead four product engineering teams (website/frontend, checkout/payments, tour operations, coordinator/partner platforms) and the Engineering Managers who run them. You will shape leadership and hire the Engineering Manager for the site team, driving delivery across markets in a fast-growing travel-tech environment.
You will work with CTPO, Product, and Design on strategy, set engineering standards, and guide AI practices while reporting health
