Michaels Stores in Rome, GA is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will handle fast checkout, assist with unloading trucks, stock shelves, and maintain in-stock conditions to support our Brand Promises.
You will engage customers in the Rewards program, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, and follow SOPs while promoting a positive store environment.
