Responsibilities

Together with your Planning counterpart, you hold full end-to-end commercial ownership of the Luxury division in a fast-paced e-commerce,



members-only environment, ensuring delivery of financial targets across revenue, margin, and sell-through.
Define and execute the luxury buying strategy, curating a highly desirable, data-driven assortment that drives engagement, conversion, and long-term member loyalty.
Lead seasonal and in-season buying across luxury brands, balancing commercial performance, exclusivity, and brand desirability within an off-price e-commerce model.
Own and optimize the luxury assortment architecture using performance data, customer insights, and trend intelligence to maximize trading impact.
Build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with luxury brand partners, leading negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms, exclusivities, and long-term supply.
Drive commercial performance through deep analysis of key e-commerce KPIs, including sell-through, conversion, availability, pricing architecture, and category perf
