Company Description Spark Machinery srl designs and manufactures machines and complete production lines for permeability control and converting in the packaging sector. The company specializes in micro-perforators for hot and cold needle perforation, macro-perforators, laser perforators, unwinders-rewinders, and complete stations for diverse industrial applications. Its technologies are used in flexible packaging, automotive, textile, and plastic materials transformation industries.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in Casciana Terme Lari. The International Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets, manage existing international accounts, and build long-term relationships with distributors and direct customers. The role involves preparing and presenting technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Daily activities include handling inquiries, providing after-sales support,



attending trade fairs or customer visits abroad, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance and pipeline.
Qualifications
Strong skills in International Sales and International Business, with experience developing and growing markets across different countries and cultures.
Proficiency in Sales and Account Management, including pipeline management, contract negotiation, and long-term customer relationship building.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and after-sales support.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Experience in industrial machinery, packaging, or related manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
Ability to travel internationally and work closely with technical and production teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results
