AREA SALES MANAGER – ITALY

Location: Home Office – Italy (preferred Northern
or Central Italy)
Reporting to: International Sales Director
Territory: Entire Italy
Travel: Approximately 60–70%

About Brigon
Brigon is a German manufacturer of combustion
analysers, flue gas analysers, gas leak detectors
and HVAC service instruments. We are
expanding our presence in Italy and seek an
experienced sales professional to develop the
national market.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy
for Italy.
Build and expand the distributor and dealer
network.
Manage strategic customers, OEMs and key
accounts.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and sales plans.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical
support.
Represent Brigon at exhibitions and customer
events.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Maintain CRM and report regularly to
headquarters.
Profile
Minimum 5 years in technical B2B sales.
Experience in HVAC, combustion analysis, gas
detection or industrial instrumentation.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building
skills.




Fluent Italian and good English.

esperto per sviluppare il mercato nazionale.

Responsabilità principali
Sviluppare ed eseguire la strategia
commerciale per il mercato italiano.
Creare ed ampliare la rete di distributori e
rivenditori.
Gestire clienti strategici, OEM e Key Account.
