ING Bank N.V. is seeking a Digital Analyst in Milan (hybrid) to transform use behavior and funnel data into actionable insights, driving conversion improvements across web and app channels. You will work with analytics, performance, conversion and content teams to scale the marketing engine quickly and sustainably.
You will help define tracking strategies, analyze paid traffic quality, and build dashboards while supporting A/B testing with data-driven hypotheses and post-test analyses.
