- Build partnerships with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and local institutions to drive growth
- Represent Cultural Care at fairs, school visits, and events to raise brand awareness
- Collaborate with meeting leaders and central marketing to grow program visibility and engagement
- Strengthen social media presence in collaboration with brand ambassadors
- Plan and execute local promotional events to inspire au pair participation
- Develop and implement a long-term B2B strategy to expand presence in Italy
- Conduct consultative sales calls with schools and institutions, offering tailored support
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing partnerships to sustain growth
- Bachelor's degree required; marketing or business degree a plus
- Experience managing social media accounts and building online presence
- Confident public speaker with engaging presentation delivery
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience living abroad for at least one year
- Passion for sales with experience in phone and in-person sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations skills
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently and meeting targets
