Role accountabilities:

* Environmental Due Diligences and Compliance Audits
* Identification of potential environmental liabilities due to past and current
activities, including definition of corrective actions to meet legislative
requirements and associated costs, mainly in the frame of pre-acquisition,
merge and divestiture projects of commercial and industrial sites.
* Compliance audits aimed at assessing environmental, health and safety
compliance against local legislation, internal clients and European
standards.
* EHS consulting services.
* Development and implementation of EHS integrated management systems.
* Development and implementation of legal tracking systems,



EHS training.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Around 2-3 years of experience in EHS Due Diligences, EHS Compliance Audits
and related consultancy services.
* Studies: Degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences.
* A very good level (B2) of English and Italian.
* Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding environmental
and H&S; requirements.
* Knowledge and Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems according
to Lgs.D. 231/2001.
* Knowledge of Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO
45001) Management Systems.
* Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
