You know how to turn complex products into narratives people instantly understand and remember.

You care about words, details, launches, tone, and clarity.

You’re the kind of person who notices when messaging feels off, rewrites headlines for fun, and thinks deeply about how products are perceived.

At ShippyPro, you’ll work with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to shape how we communicate our products, launches, and vision globally.

The Product

ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.

You’ll work across launches, positioning, storytelling, product communication, and sales enablement. You’ll help define how ShippyPro is perceived in the market.
