Fondazione Bruno Kessler in Italy invites applications for a PhD project to develop and characterize a new generation of SEBATs: single-electron bipolar avalanche transistors. The project will leverage FBK’s world-class microfabrication platform for single-photon sensors, including SPADs and SiPMs, and will explore the frontier of device physics.
