Moncler is seeking an Outlet Store Manager to lead our outlet store at Leccio The Mall. You will drive exceptional customer service, oversee KPI-driven performance, and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with the Maison’s guidelines.
The role requires 3-5 years of managerial experience in fashion or luxury retail, fluency in Italian, and professional English. A digital mindset and proficiency with MS Office and inventory/ payments systems are essential.
