Your Role
We are looking for a Plastic Technologist Engineer who will be a trusted technical reference on plastic technologies across the organization. You will lead the definition of engineering standards,
drive the strategic selection of materials and processes, and shape the technical direction of plastic component development from concept to production. As a key point of reference for our R&D;, Quality, and Production teams, you will translate cutting-edge plastic engineering principles into high-quality, cost-efficient, and sustainable solutions that set the benchmark for Technogym's product excellence.
Your Impact
- Own and evolve the company's technical standards for plastic materials, processes, and systems - setting the bar for quality, performance, and sustainability across all product lines.
- Act as the primary technical reference for plastic engineering, guiding cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production) in design decisions, feasibility assessments, and compliance.
- Lead the design and development of plastic parts and assemblies, from material selection through to process
