Manager / Team Leader
As Frac Engineer you lead field crews and drive design, execution, and optimization of fracturing and related completion treatments. You’ll collaborate with design teams and support cross-training across product lines, deploying tools on site and ensuring data-driven decision making. You’ll monitor operations, QAQC frac chemicals, and provide client-facing advisory support. This role combines hands‑on field leadership with data analysis to maximize well value and safety.

- Operate and deploy fracturing and related completion processes on site according to the activity plan
- Collaborate with design teams and deploy various completion tools (training provided)
- Track chemicals, rates, and pressures using specialized software for data collection and analysis
- Coordinate testing of frac chemicals with QAQC on location
- Ensure software readiness and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Collect data and provide client support, keeping stakeholders informed
- Supervise onsite crews and train new frac personnel
- Prepare daily reports with accurate data for stakeholders and problem-solving
- Maintain on‑site safety and regulatory awareness during operations
- Onshore or field engineering experience in fracturing treatments or related completion operations (stimulation, gravel packs, sand control, pressure pumping)
- Ability to manage and test frac, stimulation, and other chemicals at the job site with QA/QC understanding
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills for technical data sharing
- Proven supervisory, communication, and influencing abilities
- Ability to deliver training to new staff
- Experience with software/modelling packages (e.g., GOHFER, FracPro, Stimplan)
