As a Channel Sales Engineer for HPE Networking, you drive revenue with partners by blending technical leadership and business insight. You’ll promote AI-Native networking solutions, translate customer goals into technical designs, and influence both technical and business decisions. You’ll work with Partner Business Managers to align solutions with customer objectives and provide hands‑on demonstrations and training. This hybrid role in Rome combines field impact with collaboration across teams to shape networking deployments and partner enablement.

- Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5‑7 years experience in sales engineering or a similar role (vendor or VAR)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem‑solving and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel and adaptable working patterns
- Multicultural awareness and ability to work independently and in a team
