Mandarin Oriental Cristallo Cortina is seeking a Commis Chef to support the pre-opening and ongoing culinary operations. You will assist in prep, mise en place, and producing high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ideal candidates hold a professional culinary qualification or are in ongoing training, with a willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. English is essential; Italian is a plus.
