Experteer Italy seeks a Manager / Team Leader to oversee field crews, drive fracturing design and execution, and optimize completion treatments on site. You will collaborate with design teams and train staff, deploying fracturing tools while ensuring data-driven decision making and safety on every operation.
The role combines hands-on field leadership with data analysis to maximize well value, monitor chemicals, QA/QC processes, and provide client-facing advisory support.
