Ferrero is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader for our plant in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV). Based in the Operations function, you will supervise maintenance activities, plan interventions, and manage human resources to ensure reliable production.
You will lead shift maintenance teams, define revision programs, schedule predictive maintenance, oversee safety compliance, and support budgeting and resource planning.
