Supply Chain Representative
Play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by aligning material availability and production plans with customer demand. Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate short-term planning activities, support material availability and help drive reliable product delivery. This position offers broad exposure across site operations and the opportunity to make a direct impact on production continuity, customer service and supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with ERP processes, safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
- Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.




- Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems, following defined procedures and escalation rules.
- Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints.
- Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed.
- Support import activities for raw materials and other inbound supplies.
- Assist in supplier payment‑related activities (purchase requests, invoice verification, goods receipt) for logistics services.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of logistics‑related master data in ERP systems.
