How You'll Make An Impact
- Perform mechanical activities and engineering modifications to ensure customer plants meet specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to protect the company's commercial interests during mechanical tasks.
- Represent Siemens Energy in customer briefings,
updating them on mechanical progress and safeguarding company interests.
- Conduct complex site surveys and provide detailed reports for design plans, modifications, and upgrades.
- Train less experienced field service engineers and guide customer operators in equipment maintenance.
What You Bring
- Over 3 years of experience in delivering service products in the Oil and Gas Market, with broad Gas Turbine product knowledge.
- Holds a BSc/BEng or advanced degree in a related discipline; certification may be required in some areas.
- Willingness to travel and work worldwide around 80% of the time, including offshore environments, with the ability to work irregular hours and weekends.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, customer focus, and cultural awareness, capable of leading teams in different countries.
- High commitment to Zero‐Harm culture and competent in using Microsoft Office IT systems.
