Responsibilities: Facilities Under the supervision of the Facilities coordinator: Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues & requests Coordinate andmonitormaintenance, repairs, & facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building, being HVAC system themain focus. Liaise with external contractors, vendors & internal teams tomanage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work. Liaise with landlord tomonitorall the requirements as per contract. Support facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves Maintainaccuraterecords, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations Promote a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.



Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, insuranceand safety departments whenrequired. Identify, report, and follow up on facility issues, incidents, or emergencies, coordinatingtimelyresolutions. Perform periodically review all facility-related activities, performance, and issues with theFacilitiesCoordinator to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Health & Safety Under the supervision of the Environment, Health & safetycoordinator: General supervision, responsible forassistingwith the implementation of CAE's global HSE strategies,programs,policies, procedures, and processes. Liaise with the delegated RSPP tomonitorall the Occupational risk prevention requirements as per contract. Provides recommendations to EHS coordinator tofacilitatecontinuous EH&S; performance improvement.
