As Administrative & Accounting Officer 100%, you will be the central point of coordination between the Milan Branch, Vontobel's Finance Hub in Zurich, and external partners, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting, financial administration, and regulatory activities. Beyond accounting, you will contribute to the branch's day-to-day operations, supporting client onboarding, client lifecycle management, and reporting processes while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise, operational excellence, and stakeholder management in a highly visible role at the heart of Vontobel's presence in Italy.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for accounting-related matters between the Milan Branch, Vontobel Finance Hub in Zurich,



and the external Italian accounting service providerCoordinate and oversee the delivery of local accounting and financial administration activities performed by internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Italian accounting requirements and alignment with Vontobel's internal accounting policies and governance frameworkCoordinate statutory reporting requirements, financial documentation, and audit-related matters with relevant internal and external partiesSupport the preparation and submission of required documentation for regulatory, tax, and audit purposesMonitor the quality, completeness, and timeliness of accounting-related deliverables provided by external service providersSupport the operational setup and day-to-day administration of the Milan BranchCoordinate client onboarding, lifecycle management, documentation, and reporting activities with relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsManage administrative processes, including invoices, expenses,
