Ferrero is seeking three Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Experts for its Global Centre of Expertise in Alba (CN).

You will lead development and deployment of FOX, Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, and TPM across the AM pillar, coordinating internal and external best practices and workshops to drive continuous improvement.
You will own AM methodology xivgfpx development, training materials, KPIs/KAIs, and targets, coaching Area Managers and plants, with travel ~50%
