The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and cross-system data integrity.
Scope of PositionAs part of the Enterprise IT team, the Business Systems Analyst (Workday & Employee Systems) is responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-wide HR systems and technologies. The role supports the integrity, integration,



and reliability of Workday and connected employee data systems, including SAP Employee Master and related enterprise platforms.
This position acts as a second- and third-line support resource for the user community and works with Corporate HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, SaaS providers, and other business stakeholders. The role supports Workday system architecture and design, Workday HCM and SAP ERP integration, testing, documentation, system enhancement delivery, and ongoing technology-focused improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, security, and related configuration workbooks.
- Develop and support advanced Workday reports, dashboards, data validation outputs, and operational reporting requirements.
- Build, troubleshoot, and support integrations between Workday, SAP Employee Master, and other enterprise systems.
