Organization Overview
The Packaging & Device Module includes multiple production and packaging areas dedicated to the assembly and packaging of devices and autoinjectors for cartridges and syringes, specifically:
Devices for cartridges: Apollo Device Assembly and Packaging Line
Devices for syringes: IRMA R2 and R3 Device Assembly Lines and Dividella Packaging Line
Production and Support teams, including Maintenance, operate on shift patterns that may vary by area (from 2x5 up to 3x7).
The Packaging & Device Maintenance Sr Manager is part of the Site Engineering Organization, reporting to the Associate Director - Process Engineering Packaging Device & Logistics. The role leads a team of approximately 25 Maintenance Technicians and is accountable for ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned and executed in full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Responsibilities
As the Packaging & Device Maintenance Sr Manager, you will be accountable for people leadership, safety, quality, and operational excellence within the Packaging & Device Maintenance area.

Provide strong on‐floor leadership for the Maintenance organization, ensuring effective shift coverage, team organization, and engagement.
