ORDO is looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to help turn an early product into a real company.
ORDO is building an AI-powered Digital Twin for modern organizations.
The platform creates a living model of how a company actually operates by connecting people, tasks, processes and operational data. It helps organizations identify bottlenecks, understand dependencies, detect delays and see their operational impact before problems escalate.
We have a first working MVP. Now we need to take it to the market.
What you will do
:
You will own ORDO's early go-to-market strategy alongside the founder.
- Identify and validate our first Ideal Customer Profile
- Find and approach potential pilot customers
- Run discovery calls and understand operational pain points
- Build ORDO's outbound strategy from zero
- Run product demos
- Convert pilots into paying customers
- Test pricing, positioning and messaging
- Build the first sales pipeline
- Bring customer insights directly into product development
- Help define ORDO's long-term commercial strategy
Who we're looking for
:
We're looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build, not simply sell.
Ideally, you have experience in one or more of:
- B2B SaaS
- Enterprise software
- Mid-market sales
- Manufacturing or industrial companies
- Operations software
- ERP / MES / workflow software
- Digital transformation
You should be comfortable working without an established playbook, pipeline or brand.
This is not a traditional sales job.
The objective is to find product-market fit, win ORDO's first customers and build the commercial engine of the company from the ground up.
