Role Description
This tempo parziale, on-site IT Support Engineer role is based in Oslo and focuses on providing hands-on technical assistance to end users and infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, and handling user requests via help desk channels. The role involves monitoring system performance,



performing routine maintenance, assisting with server and network administration tasks, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The IT Support Engineer will collaborate with other IT team members, document solutions and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, including user assistance, ticket handling, and incident resolution.
