Manager Sales & Operations Direct Service Flat Products
YOU ACT
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for flat product rolling (hot/cold)
- Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support
- Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments
- Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams
- Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations
- Oversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy
- Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones
- Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems
- Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs
YOU KNOW
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical)
- Previous experience in technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments
- Mandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Preferred: Proficiency in an additional language
