Alira Health is seeking a hands-on PMO leader to translate corporate strategy into actionable programs across global offices. You will drive strategic initiatives, partner with the COO and senior leadership, and advance governance and lean/agile practices to improve delivery and performance.
You will oversee budgets, manage risks, and mentor PMO staff while leading cross-functional teams through large-scale, complex programs, including M&A; integrations.
