Our Brand and Marketing Department for our office in Milan is looking for a

Studio Manager / Traffic Manager (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid,



with 2 mandatory days at our office in Milan.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming creative requests, logging, prioritising, and assigning work across the team with a clear view of capacity and deadlines
- Maintain a real-time overview of all active briefs and workstreams, ensuring nothing is lost, delayed, or misdirected
- Maintain the studio schedule, balancing short-turnaround requests against longer production cycles without dropping either
- Anticipate capacity pinch points and flag them early so the team can plan rather than react
- Coordinate with the Creative Director and Brand Leads to align on priorities when demand exceeds capacity, ensuring decisions are made with full visibility of the workload rather than in isolation
- Track work in progress across the full team, flagging bottlenecks and resolving them before they become delays. Keep stakeholders informed of status, changes, and dependencies throughout
