Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize Superlativa®’s new online sales channels,



ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience aligned with the brand’s sustainable luxury positioning. This contract role is fully remote and involves overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms, as well as monitoring inventory and coordinating with internal teams to maintain accurate and compelling product information. The specialist will analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and implementing strategies to increase online visibility and revenue. The role also requires maintaining high standards of communication, customer care, and data-driven decision-making.
