On-Ground Student Support Representative – Rome

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and organised On-Ground Student Support Representative based in Rome to assist international students attending:

Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences

Responsibilities:

Meet students upon arrival at the airport, railway station or bus station Accompany students to their accommodation Assist with university registration and administrative procedures Help students obtain SIM cards and public transport passes Support students with opening bank accounts when required Guide students through address registration and residence permit procedures Provide orientation around Rome and the university area Communicate with universities, accommodation providers, banks and public offices when necessary Submit or collect documents when authorised Provide clear written updates after completing each assignment

Requirements:





Currently living in Rome or the surrounding area Good knowledge of Rome and its public transport system Fluent English; Italian proficiency is strongly preferred Reliable, organised and responsive Comfortable supporting international students Flexible availability during weekdays, evenings or weekends when required Able to travel to airports, railway stations, universities and accommodation locations Previous experience assisting international students or handling local administrative procedures is an advantage Legally able to undertake freelance work in Italy

Payment:

€50 for each student supported; €7 per hour for additional tasks All additional work must be agreed and approved in advance
