Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented person to join our team as a
Front Office and Admissions Officer
. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for perspective and current students, ensuring that their experience with our school is smooth, informative, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management:
Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service in person, via email/CRM, and over the phone.
- Admissions Process:
Handle all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, including providing information on courses, fees, and visa requirements.
- Student Support:
Assist students with administrative needs, including course registration, payments,



and accommodation arrangements.
- Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of student information, admissions data, and payments using our internal systems.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for students from inquiry to course completion.
- Problem Solving:
Address and solve any issues or concerns students may have, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office, admissions, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in content creation (photography, videography, and writing).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; another language skill is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
