Junior/Senior Automotive Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve dealer technical support tickets via the online warranty/technical portal, providing repair strategies;
- Conduct advanced diagnostic activities: DTC reading, guided functions, coding/parametrization, ECU software updates;
- Perform vehicle diagnostic testing and road tests to reproduce malfunctions and collect data;
- Participate in daily technical alignment meetings with the internal engineering team.

Requirements
- 1+ years in automotive diagnostics/after‑sales/R&D;
- Expertise across Body, Paint, Powertrain, Chassis, Electronics;
- Fluent Italian & English;
- Availability for international travel when required.

Salary Range
30.000€ - 45.000€ gross per year
