What will you do?
Contract, Bid and Proposal Management. Analyze complex RFQs (Request For Quotation), and lead the tender preparation process to prepare accurate costing using established process and tools.
- Manage the entire bid process, including the development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee the internal approval process;
- Coordinate internal communication and follow‑ups to ensure that all offers are complete on schedule;
- Maintain reliable and efficient communication with key stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary;
- Engage in discussions with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather detailed requirements and develop competitive and client‑satisfying architectures;
- Present the added value of offers, from both technical and economic perspectives to customers;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships from the tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.

Qualifications
- University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;




- Demonstrate a clear customer‑oriented vision;
- Offer and Application knowledge;
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven;
- Results oriented, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills;
- Influence and convince skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Project risk assessment expertise;
- Finance Literacy;
- Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory.
