Job DescriptionConstance Moofushi, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking an organised and efficient Housekeeping Clerk to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies,



and guest amenities - Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of room cleaning and turndown services - Process guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally - Assist in scheduling and assigning daily tasks to housekeeping staff - Manage the laundry schedule and ensure proper stock levels of clean linens and towels - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards - Prepare and submit daily reports on housekeeping activities and inventory levels - Assist in training new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards - Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality management certification is desirable - 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or administrative role within the hospitality industry - Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail - Strong time management abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for inventory management and report generation - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowled
