Job Title: Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator

Location: Rome, Italy

Salary: A,40,000: A,50,000 gross per year

Start date: September 2026

We are collaborating with a distinguished educational institution to find a dynamic and proactive Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator . This individual will have a strong history of cultivating institutional and client relationships, as well as establishing partnerships with diplomatic missions, non:governmental organizations, corporate entities, and relocation services. Starting in 2026, this position offers a unique chance to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy at both national and international levels for a high:caliber international educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research relevant organizations and networks within the school community, including relocation services, corporate partners, diplomatic missions, and international bodies
* Initiate contact with potential partners and sustain continuous communication
* Gain deep insight into partner communities and their specific needs




* Keep precise records of all communications and follow:up actions
* Collaborate with the Admissions team to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process
* Sustain consistent and professional dialogue with inquiring families
* Facilitate communication with newly accepted families before school opening
* Manage post:event and post:meeting follow:up activities
* Ensure families receive prompt and accurate information
* Organize various events for prospective families and partners, including:

* Intimate information sessions
* Community networking events
* Formal partner dinners and professional gatherings

* Oversee invitation management, attendance records, and post:event communication
* Ensure seamless execution of events and visits
* Produce admissions newsletters, invitations, and updates
* Assist in creating presentations, informational materials, and event collateral
